01How does the €1,500 security deposit work?
A €1,500 security deposit is paid on arrival, by cheque or Wero. It is not cashed and is returned to you at the end of your stay if no damage is found.
02How do I pay for the booking?
For a booking made through Airbnb, payment is made in full on the platform, under its terms. For a direct booking, the payment terms are given to you with your confirmation. The €1,500 security deposit is paid on arrival, by cheque or Wero.
03What is the cancellation policy?
For a direct booking, your stay is refunded in full if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date. Within 30 days of arrival, no refund is possible. For bookings made through Airbnb, the conditions shown on the listing apply.
