Pool rules
The pool is fitted with a Maytronics Espio immersion alarm, compliant with the NF P90-307-1 standard.
Safety device
The device is installed beneath the pool coping for minimal visual impact. The model has an automatic reactivation function: after swimming, the system detects when the water has become still again and re-arms itself, confirmed by an audible signal or a green light.
Adults' responsibility
In accordance with French law and common sense, the installation of a safety device in no way relieves adults of their duty to supervise.
- Children must be under the constant, undivided supervision of an adult able to intervene immediately
- If the siren goes off, immediate action is required. The alarm signals danger; it does not prevent drowning
- After swimming, remove all toys, rubber rings and floating objects from the pool
Proper use
- Do not handle, attempt to dismantle or cover the sensor located beneath the coping
- The remote control, if provided, is strictly for adult use and must be kept out of children's reach
- If the alarm appears to malfunction, inform the owner immediately and keep minors away from the pool
Reminder
Children's swimming is the sole responsibility of their parents or legal guardians. The owner accepts no liability for any accident resulting from failure to follow these instructions or from a lack of supervision.
